As an event producer I'm extremely busy, especially right before and during the event. Getting help with site updates and customer service inquiries would make all the difference in the world for me and my team.
The leading event platforms all work fine, but getting them to work for our complex agendas and attendee communication touch points is near impossible. This means a lot of spreadsheets and manual effort from us. More customization options and automation would be amazing!

The reporting dashboard for my company's events looks nice, but the reports are fairly basic. I spend a lot of time for each event exporting CSVs into Excel in order to manipulate and output the data I need. I wish I could specify some custom reports we need, but these software companies don't seem to offer that service.
